2. Appointment & Booking

Appointments may be requested through our online contact form on this website or by calling 516-543-3940. After submitting a contact request, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your appointment. You will receive appointment confirmation via email and/or SMS (if you have opted in to SMS communications). It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate.

Program Description

An SMS-based communication program providing appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, post-treatment care follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers and service updates from Nova Med Spa to customers who have actively opted in.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to subscribe to the SMS program. You must own the mobile phone number provided or be authorized to enroll the number in the program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically, participants receive 2–6 messages per month, depending on appointment activity and active promotions.

Msg & data rates may apply. All message and data charges are determined by your wireless carrier. Nova Med Spa is not responsible for any carrier charges. Please consult your wireless plan for details.

Opt-Out Instructions

To STOP receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from Nova Med Spa. Other recognized opt-out keywords include: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 24–48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
• Package and membership purchases may require upfront payment
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

6. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All treatments carry inherent risks that will be discussed during your consultation. By receiving treatment at Nova Med Spa, you agree to provide accurate medical history and follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.

7. Refund Policy

• Services are non-refundable once performed
• Unused package sessions may be transferred to other services at our discretion
• Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with receipt

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Med Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nassau County, New York.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
