A simple, transparent text-message program designed to keep you informed about your appointments and care at Nova Med Spa.

The Nova Med Spa SMS Program is designed to help you stay on top of your appointments and care. By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Appointment Confirmations: When your appointment is scheduled or confirmed
- Appointment Reminders: Sent typically 24–48 hours before your scheduled visit
- Scheduling Updates: If your appointment time needs to be rescheduled or modified
- Post-Treatment Care: Follow-up messages with care instructions after your visit
- Service Updates & Offers: Occasional promotional offers and updates about Nova Med Spa services
All messages will identify Nova Med Spa as the sender and will include opt-out instructions.
How to Opt In
Subscribing to the SMS Program
- Visit the contact form on our website
- Enter your name, email address, and mobile phone number (mobile phone is optional unless you wish to opt in to SMS)
- Check the box agreeing to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
- Check the separate "SMS Opt-In" checkbox to expressly consent to receive text messages
- Click "Submit Contact Request"
Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. You must actively check both boxes to subscribe — your phone number will never be used for SMS unless you have explicitly opted in.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time. To opt out:
- Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. Other recognized opt-out keywords include: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT
- You will receive a single confirmation message that no further SMS messages will be sent
- Alternatively, you can email admin@novamedicalspa-hydra.com or call 516-543-3940 to be removed from the SMS list
If you opt out and later wish to resubscribe, simply reply START to any of our previous messages, or visit our contact form again to opt in fresh.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The Nova Med Spa SMS Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan.
